      KIDS CLAY PLAY CLASS Why kids (and parents!) LOVE clay play: Builds fine motor skills - All that pinching, rolling & shaping strengthens little fingers for writing & drawing Boosts creativity & problem-solving - "How do I make this stand up?" becomes an exciting challenge! Natural stress relief - Clay is incredibly calming and helps kids process big emotions Develops focus & patience - Working with clay teaches kids to slow down and concentrate Pure sensory joy - The squishy, cool texture is therapeutic and SO satisfying! What's included: 1.5 hours of guided (but free-spirited!) fun All clay and tools provided Cozy kid-friendly studio vibes Memories that'll last a lifetime and give them a break from technology and other pulls of life. Ages 5-16 welcome Mondays at 1:00-2:30 Wednesdays 4:00-5:30 - Teens also have the option for a teen only class on Mondays at 10-12 $100 per child for their first 5 week punch card - After they complete their first 5 weeks, they can come back for studio time each week for $15 per session. Limited to 10 little artists per session. You must register to attend!

      Pottery Classes

      Unlock your creativity and explore! Our Teen class is designed to inspire young artists to dive into hands-on experiences, from wheel throwing to hand-building, and to have fun with other teens. All new students must take a 5-week introductory class. Each introductory class is $25 per teen per session or pay up-front for all 5 sessions and get a discounted rate of $100.  Teens should be prepared to get a little dirty playing in clay! Trimmed nails and hair-ties are highly recommended! Teens who graduate from the intro class may come for Studio Sessions where they can continue their practice and exploration independently. Eash Studio Session is $15 per teen per session and 5-class punch cards are available also. Please register your attendance here with the form below and pay on-site at the time of class.

      Start your weekend off with an amazing yoga class led by certified instructors Amber Johnson or Allegra Dawn. These two ladies alternated teaching days, and both are wonderful, knowledgeable coaches. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners. Join us every Saturday from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.  – just $10/person! You may pay on-site at the studio, or by using this PAYMENT LINK.

      Free Community Workshop - Led by Certified Instructor Marisa Frazier Marisa Frazier is a Trauma-Informed Yoga and Qigong Instructor, Exercise Physiologist, Holistic Health Coach, and Sacred Medicine Integration Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science, and is certified as a YOQI Qigong Instructor, RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist, and NCSF-Certified Personal Trainer. A former Division I tri-sport athlete and triathlon coach, Marisa brings both scientific rigor and heart-centered presence to her teaching. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s powerful ability to adapt and form new connections throughout life. When recovering from trauma or addiction, this capacity allows us to rewire old, harmful patterns and restore emotional balance. Therapy, mindfulness, and meaningful activities - like Quigong - can help the brain build healthier habits, reduce cravings, and overcome negative effects from past experiences. With patience and consistency, healing and growth are truly possible—because the brain is always capable of change, no matter your age or story. Join us September 2nd, from 6:00p - 8:00p at 106 E. Washington Ave in Ava, MO for an amazing experience that will introduce a new skill for empowering personal well-being and healing.
