Join us on Thursday’s in October for this 5 part Fall Yoga Series! We’ll be preparing the mind, body, and emotions for winter in this yoga series with more warming and strengthening flows. Learn helpful tips for diet, detoxing,  boosting your immune system, balancing and strengthen the body and stay grounded through the seasonal transition. This is a good series to begin or dive deeper into your wellness practices. 5 class package is $50 in advance or $12/per class for walk-ins. Pre-registrations is requested, as we need a minimum of 4 people for the class to be a go. So, please pre-register by 9/24/26. ⭐$5 off the 1st class or the 5 class package if registered before 9/24.⭐ You may pay Amber in person on the first day of class, or use the link HERE Bring your mats, water and yoga props if you have them.  There are a few mats items you may borrow if you do not have your own! Thursdays in October - starting Thursday 10/1 - 6pm at Living Lands Studio & Collective on the square in Ava. See you on the mat!
