Learn or deepen your movement practice, incoporating elements of yoga and Qi gong, to keep you going all winter long. Looking for something to do on Monday afternoons?  Living Lands invites you to explore with us at the Kids’ Craft Corner with Auntie Dee! Dee comes up with really awesome activities that are fun and educational.  Come create with us on Mondays from 3:00 – 4:30 ~ Cost is by donation (suggested $5/participant). Give what you can and enjoy a great time learning and creating! Please RSVP so we have a headcount for materials!

Winter Reset: A Sound Healing Experience Alyssa Marie will guide us through a nourishing sound bath to support deep rest, clarity, and renewal. Held halfway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, this experience honors the return of light and the gentle reawakening that begins before spring fully arrives. The session will include crystal singing bowls, chimes, drumming, and vocal toning to help quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation. Alyssa is a Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and ceremonialist. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but remembering who we truly are beneath the noise. Based in Springfield, Alyssa offers 1:1 sacred energy work sessions, Human Design readings, coaching, and seasonal cacao ceremonies. Experience how resonance and vibration of key sounds can deepen your mediation and help expand the physical and mental benefits of the mediation practice. This is designed to provide you with instruction and coaching that you can take home and continue to practice on your own and then return to the next session for more pointers and instruction. We have had several requests to bring back a weekly yoga class! We heard you 😍 - we are starting with a 4-week session, held each Thursday evening @ 6:00pm, starting on Feb. 19th. We will run this initial 4-week series, and if people want more, we will keep it going!
