Thursday Yoga

Thursday sessions are taught by Amber Johnson.

Amber is a deeply knowledgeable resource. Studies in her practice combine an intimate knowledge of anatomy and experience in physical therapy with traditional yoga. Amber provides the reasoning behind the exercises in addition to coaching you through proper form and movement. Her goal it to help you understand the basic principles of yoga so that you feel confident, learn how to train your body safely, and understand why things are beneficial.

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Ava now has yoga classes! Thursdays from 6-7pm!

$10/person each session – please pay when you arrive. The instructors can receive cash or payment via venmo/paypal

If you have a mat, please bring it. There are a few here at the Collective that you may use if you forget or do not have a mat.

Water bottle is also recommended.
