Each introductory class is $25 per teen per session or pay up-front for all 5 sessions and get a discounted rate of $100.  Teens should be prepared to get a little dirty playing in clay! You will be guided through multiple breathwork exercises and meditations to clear away negative thoughts and energy so you can reconnect to your True Self\, and you will walk away with a set of tools to use in your daily life.\n\nJaclyn has studied extensively and taken many trainings in a variety of yoga practices; her most impactful work has been with world-renowned yoga teacher Ravi Sigh\, creator of Compassionate Kundalini and Evolving Kundalini. SUMMARY:Living Lands Fall Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Each season\, we like to provide an opportunity for people connect and have fun.  This is a free community event! Join us for an evening of music\, art\, and connection! \nWhat you can expect: \n\nA casual atmosphere! Come as you are to meet and mingle with other folks in the community\nLive music – we usually have a couple of musicians who perform\, and there is room for budding musicians to share something\, too!\nFOOD – of course! We host a pot-luck style fare. You are welcome to bring something to share.  It is nice to have a lable for your goodies as there are many people with dietary restrictions\, and this helps them stay safe.  Make whatever you want\, just label your ingredients.\n*Potential for some art demonstrations and artist “show & tell” time earlier in the evening.\n*Potential for a drum circle  – everyone is welcome to join in!\nThis is a free community event\, though donations are encouraged to help our non-profit organization continue its work to provide creative & well-being opportunities in our rural Ozark region.\n\nPlease do leave pets at home. It can be croweded and noisy (actual service animals are an exception). \nPlease not smoking or vaping inside. Please be considerate of others and your influence on our young participants. We would appreciate if you stepped across the street.
